Product Overview:
Bentonite is a naturally occurring clay widely used across industrial and agricultural applications. Sodium-based Bentonite is commonly used in foundries, oil drilling, edible oil processing (all vegetable oils), and as a carrier agent for plant growth promoters, fertilizers, and pesticides. It is available in both lump and powder forms.

The material is finely ground using BM-6 and three-roller mills, a process commonly adopted in edible oil refineries worldwide. This treatment helps remove impurities and trace metals, improves bleaching efficiency, and reduces color pigments in edible oils.

Calcium-based Bentonite is primarily sourced from South India and is used mainly in:

• Edible oil processing

• Fertilizers and pesticides

The material is supplied in lump form, directly loaded at the mines and exported to multiple countries. Our typical export volume ranges between 100,000 to 150,000 metric tons per year.
